Service pricing
The hourly service rate and any applicable travel fee will be stated in your appointment message from Spa Crafters. Service has a minimum charge of one hour. Time beyond the first hour is billed at the same hourly rate. Parts, repairs, and additional services are charged separately and require your approval before that work begins.
Access to the spa
Please provide the correct address and any gate code, key, or lock information needed to enter the property. Let us know before the visit if a deck, stonework, or another structure limits access to the spa or its equipment. Please secure pets and make sure someone can provide access if needed.
If our technician arrives but cannot enter the property or access the spa or its equipment, including when a deck, stonework, or another obstruction prevents the work, the minimum charge of one hour and any applicable travel fee still apply.
Acceptance
By replying YES or CONFIRMED to the appointment message, you accept the proposed date and time, the hourly rate and travel fee stated in that message, and this Service Visit Agreement
